Working at Bounce

We’re recruiting for our 2020 team!

In one of our most exciting programmes of work yet, we are exploring notions of home with our participants. This will culminate in a series of events and productions between May-July 2020. To help us make our work, we are seeking to collaborate with:

  • Drama Practitioners – We are keen to hear from people who have experience devising high quality work with young people.

  • Designers – Can you support young people in bringing their design ideas to life? We are looking for people to run workshops in set design and costume.

  • Musicians – We are keen to find people to develop lyrics with our participants. We are particularly keen to work with urban artists and beatboxers as part of Things to do in a Blackout.

Applications

We are keen to hear from a range of practitioners and are open to working with people at all stages of their career. It is important to us that we share the same values. To apply, please email your CV and a covering letter that addresses these points.

– How do you place the young people’s voices at the heart of your work – both in process and product?
– What are the values that you hold when you are making work with young people?
– Why do you want to make this work?

To apply, please email your CV and a covering letter to lauren@bouncetheatre.com by the 6th January 2020 . Interviews will take place week commencing 13th January 2020. All candidates must be in possession of or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS before any engagement takes place.
