Join us as we delve into the rich heritage of Tooting through its food. Working with the National Archives to access documents from the Ministry of Food, young people are creating a podcast of food stories from across Tooting. Listening to how we cook, record, and share information about what we eat. The things that remain unchanged – like the staple ingredient, the potato, through to how advances in health, farming, sustainability, and technology shape what we eat.
